Welcome to the website for the village of Clifford in West Yorkshire, produced for the benefit of residents and managed by the Parish Council.
Clifford lies at the north-eastern edge of the Leeds Metropolitan District. The parish boundary is not easily described; like so many such boundaries, it does not follow obvious roads, tracks or streams. Some areas which have a postal address of Boston Spa are actually in Clifford. This includes part of Clifford Road, all of St. John's Road, and the area between these roads and Boston Spa village i.e. Lonsdale Meadows and Slade Close. Martin House, Boston Spa School, St John's School for the Deaf and Bramham Primary School are all within the parish. Clifford is amongst the highly sought after villages in the commuter belt situated between Leeds, Harrogate and York.
